Please note that due to our capacity and resourcing, we ask that you to nominate a small number of representatives to join a larger session with other organisations and businesses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>What will I learn?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Learning outcomes include:<strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>The ability to define and understand workplace sexual harassment and other relevant unlawful conduct;<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: center; letter-spacing: 0.01rem;\">An understanding of the impact, causes and risk factors for relevant unlawful conduct;<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>An understanding of the Positive Duty, including the four guiding principles and seven standards; and<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Practical information to prepare for developing your framework for action.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<strong>How long is the session?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This session runs for 4 hours, inclusive of a 15-minute break.\u00a0<strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Facilitated session delivery includes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A PowerPoint presentation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Practice activities and discussions; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Work booklets with information on workplace sexual harassment, including useful resources and a framework for action planner for attendees to take away from the session.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 0.01rem;\">Cost<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This workshop is free for representatives from select (small and medium-sized) businesses and organisations to attend.
