The Australian Government has recently announced a permanent visa pathway for those who have been granted a Temporary Protection visa (TPV) or Safe Haven Enterprise visa (SHEV) and those assessed as meeting the TPV/SHEV criteria.
This pathway has been made available through the permanent Subclass 851 Resolution of Status (RoS) visa.
