Leadership team

Lorraine Keane
Chief Executive Officer

Lorraine leads Circle Green’s strategic direction, operations, and partnerships to advance access to justice across Western Australia. She brings extensive senior leadership experience across the community, health, and creative sectors. Prior to joining Circle Green, Lorraine served as Chief Executive Officer of Holyoake, where she led the organisation through a period of transition and growth after previously holding the role of Chief Financial Officer. That grounding in both financial management and executive leadership gives her a practical, whole-of-organisation perspective.

Lorraine is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). She currently serves as Chairperson of Community Arts Network (CAN) and Treasurer of IPAA WA, reflecting an ongoing commitment to sector leadership beyond her executive role.
