Circle Green’s Workplace Respect Project, in partnership with Curtin Law School and The Law Society of Western Australia, is pleased to present a panel discussion on the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in workplace sexual harassment matters.
Featuring speakers from academia, community law, private practice, and the Bar, the panel will explore the complex legal and ethical issues surrounding NDAs in workplace sexual harassment matters, as well as reflect on reform developments in Victoria and other jurisdictions.
The panel will be followed by a networking session to continue this important conversation.
