Circle Green Community Legal has been on a phenomenal trajectory since our merger, and new opportunities to increase our reach and impact are an ever-present force in our daily work lives.

Over the break, our CEO Sara Kane has reflected on the exciting prospects, energy commitment, and drive required at Circle Green in 2023 and beyond. With shared sadness but also an eye on the future, we advise that Sara has resigned as CEO of Circle Green. Sara leaves with our full support, friendship and gratitude as she moves to a part-time role with our friends at Anglicare WA. Her last day will be no later than 5 April 2023.

We are so very proud of what Circle Green has achieved during a period that has been so challenging for everyone on a personal level – staff and clients alike. As a Board, we could not have asked for more from a CEO. Sara has been an incredible leader and asset at Circle Green. Her skills and dedication have, given us the ability to emerge as a strong organisation respected across our three specialist disciplines.

We are moving forward with recruitment to find a CEO who will build our culture, embody our values, and provide the inspiration, support and guidance needed for the ‘next stage’. That EQ and IQ mix is going to be as important as ever.

We wish Sara every success in her future role and anticipate much collaboration throughout her and Circle Green’s futures.
