Circle Green’s Principal Lawyer for Tenancy, Alice Pennycott, appeared on Flashpoint (7 News) on Sunday, 24 July 2022 to discuss the importance of residential tenancy law reform in WA.

“More people are renting; people are renting for longer, renting with children, renting into retirement. Renting is not just a step into home ownership anymore; it’s a reality for people long-term. We need legislation that recognises that and provides genuine stability and security for people,” said Alice.
