Circle Green’s Submission to the Law Reform Commission of WA on the Review of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA) (Project 111)

As part of our Law Reform activities, Circle Green has made a submission to the Law Reform Commission of WA (LRCWA) in relation to the review of the Equal Opportunity Act (Project 111).

Our submission is based on our experience and expertise in providing legal assistance services to vulnerable or disadvantaged people in our areas of practice.

It builds on our preliminary submission to the LRCWA in relation to this review, dated 20 November 2020. Our submission aims to support meaningful reform to the EO Act to better prevent and protect the vulnerable and disadvantaged Western Australians we assist from unfair and unjust discrimination.
