When people are forced to leave their home country due to a fear of persecution or serious human rights violations, they are often separated from their family who may still be in danger. Circle Green Community Legal assists in reuniting these people with their families in Australia by providing legal advice and assistance under the Krishna Sommers Humanitarian Settlement Program.

We have recently partnered with the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) at the South Metropolitan Tafe – Carlisle and Thornlie campuses to establish a Family Reunion (FR)outreach service . This service provides AMEP students convenient and confidential access to legal advice and assistance on campus.

We look forward to engaging with the culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) community in Carlisle and Thornlie and helping AMEP students navigate legal processes for family reunion. We extend our gratitude to AMEP for their support and look forward to a successful outreach service and continued partnership.
