Family and Domestic Violence and Related Legal Matters

We provide legal advice and assistance to visa holders who experience family and domestic violence (FDV). We ensure that clients are made aware of their visa status, temporary and permanent, and the options available to them as well as assist in connecting clients to support services where appropriate.  

Through our Vulnerable Womens Funding Project we are also providing additional legal advice and assistance to vulnerable women on related matters including Family Violence Restraining Orders, parenting and property matters, divorce and criminal injuries compensation in addition to our existing FDV service.
