The Australian Government has recently announced a permanent visa pathway for those who have been granted a Temporary Protection visa (TPV) or Safe Haven Enterprise visa (SHEV) and those assessed as meeting the TPV/SHEV criteria. This pathway has been made available through the permanent Subclass 851 Resolution of Status (RoS) visa.
Circle Green provides free legal advice and support to TPV and SHEV holders transitioning to permanent residency in Western Australia.
We strongly recommend that TPV and SHEV holders seek legal advice about their matter as soon as possible.
