In September 2023, the Centre for Social Impact (CSI) UWA delivered the Workplace Respect Project’s first Annual Impact Report (2022-23).

The report provides an evaluation update on project outputs and outcomes across the key activity areas of tracking legal need, delivering legal services, facilitating community capacity building, and influencing legal and cultural change between July 2022 and June 2023.

Using a mixed methods approach to outcomes evaluation, key report findings include that:

• Circle Green provided a total of 177 workplace sexual harassment legal services to 62 clients representing a diverse range of ages, genders, industries, and experiences between July 2022 – June 2023. 93% of these clients felt that the process of requesting advice was clear and easy, and 93% expressed increased understanding of workplace law following their appointment.

• 315 attendees from 59 different community, government, and non-government organisations and groups attended Workplace Respect Project capacity building activities such as workplace sexual harassment training between July 2022 – June 2023. 97% of training attendees found the content relevant and informative.

We are excited to share that a final impact assessment using outcome goals to evaluate progress to date indicates that progress is primarily being achieved, or is on the way to being achieved, in all key Workplace Respect Project activity areas.
